How to claim your lowest rate
After reviewing the terms and conditions, please contact us by e-mailing Hotel Columbus within 24 hours of booking your reservation.
Upon verification of your claim, Hotel Columbus will honor the rate for the night or nights in which a lower rate was found, in addition we will deduct 10% off the lower rate for that night!
