How to claim your lowest rate
After reviewing the terms and conditions, please e-mail us within 24 hours of booking your reservation. If submitting your claim via e-mail, please be sure to include all of the required information requested in the online claim form.
Upon verification of your claim, The Delmere Hotel will honor the rate for the night or nights in which a lower rate was found, in addition we will deduct 10% off the lower rate for that night!
